connectedTickets() Function does not to work with JQL Input

My goal was to filter objects that do not have any opened tickets in a specific status connected to them.
Therfore I tried to filter the issue scope of my Insight custom field with the connectedTickets('JQL') function and a JQL query in the brackets. However I could not receive a result and the application crashed while the custom field still tried loading.
Aftwerwards I tried to filter objects from my object schema by entering the IQL using the connectedTickets method with different JQL queries (e.g. filtering for a single project, one status or a resolution code like: connectedTickets(status not in (closed, resolved)) ). This did not work either.
It was however possible to receive a result by just using 'connectedTickets()' without any additional JQL in brackets.
